Next your dedicated Move Manager will move you in - placing your belongings based on a floorplan we will prepare of your new space.
We will help you work through which furniture and belongings will fit into your new space and ship items to family members, sell or donate the rest.
Our CSHP team will sell your existing home for the best possible price and coordinate the entire project so you do not have to do a thing.
An ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit can provide several options for now and into the future.
Perhaps one of the kids lives in it while they are single and you stay in your own home (or we find you a home with a lot suitable for an ADU) if the finances make sense.
We know of clients who have done that and then when the kids were married, perhaps even had children - and the ADU became too small you swap homes with them and make that your retirement home.
It is hard for young people to afford a buy or even to rent a home - and it may make financial sense to keep rent payments in the family instead of paying the high rents in the local area - or for you to move into senior living at a cost of around $8,000 a month. If you choose, we can also put together an estimate of the work that we believe could be done to your house to increase the sales price - as well as what it would sell for "as is".
Remember if we do have our contractors make strategic updates you won't need to do a thing and perhaps best of all, no payment will be due for the work until the home sells. That's right, no money out of pocket.
