Your dedicated Move Manager will help you clarify your goals, current and future needs and start to put together a customized plan and timeline. This will be based on the information collected during our initial consultation and on the planning sheets you received from us when we began this journey together.
HOME VALUATION
Get a free and accurate valuation of your home taking into account the latest market trends and data to provide you with an estimate of your home's value. Even if you ultimately decide not to sell the home it is important you know what we believe it would sell for in the current market.
If you choose, we can also put together an estimate of the work that we believe could be done to your house to increase the sales price - as well as what it would sell for "as is".
Remember if we do have our contractors make strategic updates you won't need to do a thing and perhaps best of all, no payment will be due for the work until the home sells. That's right, no money out of pocket.
TOUR SENIOR COMMUNITIES & SINGLE LEVEL HOMES
It is almost impossible to make a decision until you have considered all your options. We understand that and will spend as much time as you need to decide between all the options including a senior living community, a single level home with low or no maintenance or even an ADU Accessory Dwelling Unit in your own back yard.

When you find the home you want to live in for your Next Chapter, we will prepare and submit the offer for you and represent you during the transaction to ensure all deadlines are met and everything goes along smoothly until you have the keys in your hand.
During escrow we will prepare a floorplan for you so that you're able to decide what items you wish to take with you, what will fit in the new space, and perhaps as important, what will not.
Your Move Manager will manage the packing and moving so you don't have to do a thing.

Move into your new home - taking just what you have selected to take with you, leaving the rest in your existing home - ready for the Move Manager to take the next step.

Once the home is empty and has had a deep clean we will sell it using the method of sale you have chosen /MORE Don't be offended by this statement, even the cleanest home needs a good clean after the home is empty.
