We take the fear and stress out of the decision older adults need to make about where to live for the next chapter of their lives. We'll do everything that needs to be done to make that transition happen for you - with just one phone call!
But before that - we'll ensure you're aware of all of the available options. We will never try to "sell" you on anything! That is our promise.
For instance, if you prefer to stay in the home you live in now, our Senior Home Safety Specialist will conduct a multiple point safety assessment of your home, and make recommendations if necessary, of any changes or modifications that should be made to ensure you can stay there safely into the future.
But we are getting ahead of ourselves...... Let's take it one step at a time.
Our initial conversation is for us to learn about your goals and any plans you may already have . And if you're not yet ready to decide we will ensure you are aware of all of your options, so you can feel confident in whatever decisions you do make.
The most important thing for you to know is that you will never be pressured by us to do anything. We will be your advocate every step of the way. However long it takes.
If, when you're ready, you decide to sell your home and move somewhere else, we will help you find the right place for your next chapter, assist in dealing with all of your treasured belongings, handle any work that needs to be done on your house to make sure it sells for the best possible price - and project manage the whole thing.
When moving day comes, we'll pack, move, unpack and place the furniture according to the floorplan - and even make your bed before we leave, taking the moving boxes away with us.
Later, we'll help you settle into your new home - by hanging pictures and window coverings.
When you are ready, we can help you sell your home in whatever way you prefer.
